Street Fighter 4: Ragequit Hulkout King

Was messing around in player match in SF4 and I joined the game with Xx TOP NOCH xX. He was pretty bad and I beat him twice. On our third match he ragequit when I dizzy'd him with a sliver of health left and did my super to end the match.Well... the video tells the rest.And sorry for not having fancy effects, I suck with Premiere.
